MW Investment Company is pleased to announce the sale of a .77 acre new outparcel at the Mimosa Hills Shopping Center (Morganton, NC) to Fulenwider Enterprises KFC & Taco Bell, operator of 108 Taco Bell and KFC restaurants throughout the Southeast. This will be a relocation of the KFC on Carbon Road, and is projected to open in late 2022. The buyer was represented by Eric Engstrom with Whitney Commerical Real Estate.
