MW Investment Sells Wallace Crossing

MW Investment Company is pleased to announce the successful sale of Wallace Crossing, a 52,000 square-foot Ollie’s-anchored shopping center in Wallace, North Carolina. This center, which was completely vacant when acquired in 2022, was remodeled and leased to 100% occupancy at the time of the sale.
