MW Investment Co. is pleased to announce the sale of a Free-Standing Office Building in Alpharetta, GA. The sale achieved a gross IRR of 28%.

The 1,200 SF free-standing office is located in the booming corridor of downtown Alpharetta (Atlanta MSA), situated just inside of the new Alpharetta loop and recently created overlay district.
