MW Investment Co. Announces 33,000 SF lease with Ollie's Bargain

MW Investment Co. is pleased to announce the execution of a 33,000 SF lease with Ollie's Bargain Outlet at the Mimosa Hills Shopping Center located in Morganton, NC.

The 98,877 SF Mimosa Hills Shopping Center is located at the corner of the highly trafficked W. Union Street and Fleming Drive and is in close proximity to Morganton Heights, a 500,000 SF Walmart-anchored shopping center.


Ollie's is an excellent addition to an already stellar tenant mix and anticipates a Fall 2020 opening.
